RESERVATION
Reservation should be made at least 21 days in advance a 50% deposit is
required at the time confirmed booking and the balance must be paid 1 week
prior to departure.
LATE BOOKING
Late booking will still be accepted subject to the availability of
accommodation and transportation. And must be accompanied with a full
payment made payable to our account.
AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION
After commencement of travel, no refund, in fill or part, will be given
for the unutilized service included in the programmed.
In the event of cancellation after and or full payment, the following will
apply
 Full refund
cancellation made 7 days before departure
50% refund it
cancellation made 48 hours before departure
25% refund it
cancellation made less 48 hours before departure of no show
EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension stay at the tour is permitted subject to the availability of the
accommodations and the transportation for the return sector. Such
extension of stay must be pre arranged and prepaid.
POSSIBLE CHANGES
It is possible that due inclement weather or any other unforeseen
circumstances that itineraries or routings could be changes. The company
will substitute arrangement of the similar standard it occur. However no
refund will be available |
